

She was born October 26, 1936, in Ivanhoe, Texas, to William R. McRae and Mary Alline McRae.
She married Jerry Stephens Dillard on July 17, 1953, in Decatur, Texas. She was a former employee of Permian High School and was retired after years of working for the Teacher’s Market. She will be best remembered though for her sweet smile and unconditional love to her children, grandchildren and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry Stephens Dillard; sons, Jerry Stephens Jr. and Jerry Glenn; siblings, Bill McRae, Don McRae, and Louise Moore.
She is survived by her son, Kenny, and wife Julie of Kalispell, Montana; daughters, Margaret and husband, Royce Senn, of Kermit, Karen Hampton of Mesquite, Texas and Sharon Day of Odessa; sister, Mary and husband John Modisett of Mesa, Arizona, brothers, Dan McRae of Sherman, Texas and Richard McRae of Hurst, Texas, , sister-in-laws Janice and husband Richard of Lubbock, Texas, and Bette McRae of Jacksonville, Texas; grandchildren including: Stephen, Chris and Jerry Senn, Amanda Rodriguez, Virginia Moore, Lauren and William Dillard; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2013, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home with Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2013 at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Decatur, Texas with Dr. David Rucker officiating.
