

She was born on June 22, 1925 to Walter Fraley and Delta Nelson Fraley in Childress, Texas.
Ty accepted the Lord in Littlefield at the First Baptist Church. She sang in the choir there until the age of 14. She then moved to Wolfforth where she graduated high school at Frenship High School. She moved to Ropesville after graduation where her dad and stepmom owned a café.
Ty met and married Earl Kyzer in Ropesville, Texas, They married on June 15th, 1945 and moved to Odessa on June 17, 1945. They were blessed with three children, Linda ,Eddy, and Debbie.
She managed the Shetland Hallmark store in Odessa for many years before her retirement. She loved all of her faithful customers.
Ty had been a member of Second Baptist Church since 1954 and always sang in the choir. She sang solos, duets, trios and countless ensembles. She had a beautiful voice. She attended church there until she was no longer physically able.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Delta, stepmother, Pearl Lancaster Fraley, husband, Earl, sister Dorothy Fraley, and stepbrother, Weldon Tudor.
Ty is survived by her children, Linda Chapman, Eddy Kyzer and wife Sharon, Debbie Peden and husband Tim, two grandchildren, Kevin Kyzer and Jennifer Morrell. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 18th, 10 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home under the direction of Hubbard Kelly Funeral Home.
