Victor Urias Grado

In Our Heavenly Kingdom and in the Loving Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found Our beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother & Dear Friend Victor U. Grado. Mr Grado 87, of Odessa surrounded by his loving family passed away Friday July 4, 2014 at Sienna Nursing Home.

He was born January 8, 1927 in Lajitas, Texas to Manuel and Estraberta Urias.

He was a Catholic and a retired labor in the Construction Industry.

He is preceded in death by Parents; Manuel and Estraberta U. Grado, Brothers; Jose, Ramon, Willie, Fred, Manuel, Faustino Grado ,Sisters; Eremlinda Gomez, Betha Grado, Socorro Grado, Macara Grado.

Mr. Grado is survived by Sons; Alex Grado (Rosie) of Plains, Texas, Rudolfo” Rudy” Grado ( Delma) of Odessa, Orlando Grado ( Lynda) of Salem .Or., Fernando Grado ( Socorro) of Odessa, Manuel Grado ( Michelle) of Odessa, Reverend David Gonzales (Priscilla) of Ft. Worth. Sisters; Maria G. Hernandez of, Valenia Jordan of both of Midland, Texas. 24 Grandchildren, and 21 Great-Grandchildren, a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.

We the Grado Family would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to each and everyone of you for all your prayers, floral, food offerings and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time, May God Bless You All Abundantly.

Visitation will be held today Tuesday July 8, 2014 at Odessa Funeral Home from 8am to 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm.

Mass will be celebrated at 10 am Wednesday July 9, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.

Interment to follow at Ector County Cemetery RoseHill Section.
