Bonnie Michelle Grady, 58, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, November 14, 2021 in Piedmont, OK. Bonnie was born on February 17, 1963 to parents, Don and Sherry Antone in Hanford, CA.
With the birth of her two children, Nicole and Tyler, her family grew to three; and to those who knew her, would say that she was a supermom. To describe Bonnie in a simple word, you could call her a “Barney Badass”. She was a single mother who didn’t need anyone for anything. Her independence and drive will be passed onto her family and they will carry out that legacy of her. Bonnie worked many passionate years as a social worker for KCDHS, eventually retiring as a supervisor, which she was very proud of. When Bonnie wasn’t working, you could find her at the lake, camping, gardening, playing cards, at the casino with her girlfriends, and of course, spending time with family.
Bonnie is survived by her mother, Sherry (Pence) Antone Peladeau; daughter, Nicole DesLaurier and husband, Klint of Piedmont, OK, and son, Tyler Grady and wife, Bailey Grady of Piedmont, OK. She also leaves behind three granddaughters and five grandson’s to cherish her memory.
A celebration of life in honor of Bonnie will take place at a later time in Bakersfield, California.
