

Calvin Eugene Dugan, 68, of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2025. He was born on February 12, 1957, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Lutheria (Fountain) Dugan and Troy Dugan Sr.
Calvin was raised in Pasadena, California, where he developed a lifelong love for baseball, especially his beloved L.A. Dodgers. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before beginning a long and dedicated career with the City of Oklahoma City, where he retired after 39 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lutheria and Troy Sr., and his brothers, Troy Jr. and Richard Dugan. He is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Sheila (Cox) Dugan, his daughter, Aisha Dugan, and his sister, Bonita Gross. Calvin was deeply loved by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, who will carry forward the memory of his kind spirit and sense of humor.
Calvin found joy in the simple pleasures of life—fishing, working in his yard, and cheering on his Dodgers. He will be remembered as a hardworking man of integrity, a loving husband, father, and brother, and a friend to many.
His life and legacy will be celebrated by those who loved him most, and his memory will remain a blessing to all who had the honor of knowing him.
