She graduated from Putnam City High School and was attending Oklahoma City Community College when her life was severely altered by a tragic incident. In spite of her limitations, she made us laugh with her wit and antics.
Chelsea was preceded in death by her cousin Jennifer Newell Quinn.
She is survived by; her mother, Deborah Newell DeWitt and husband Clinton of Norman where Chelsea lived and was cared for, and her father, Donald E. Goss of Bethany, OK/ Arkansas. Aunts; Jan Newell Shepherd and husband Steve of Tennessee, Jenny Newell of Oklahoma City, and cousins, Dana Newell Moon and husband Kevin of Oklahoma City, Preston K. Woods and family, Candida and Zoey Shoemake of Edmond.
