Debra Kay Jones

Debra Kay Jones, age 43, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, April 29, 2022. She was a devoted mother to her two beautiful and precious children. Debra was born May 23, 1978 in Amarillo, Texas. She was the daughter of Ricky Jones and Althea Jones. Debra graduated high school in Broken Bow, Oklahoma and attended college at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She was employed at Assist Wireless as a manager. Debra attended "The People's Church" and loved her church family. She enjoyed visiting with friends and spending most of her time with her children. She will be remembered for her love for the Lord and her ability to thank him for his goodness in her life; and to count on him in difficult times. Debra is survived by her children Kaylee Nicole and Nyhrone Noel, and her father Ricky Jones and sister Renea Adkins, her grandfather Rex Jones, and a very special friend Denny Burns. She was predeceased by her mother Althea Ramsey Jones and her grandmother Jeri Baldwin Jones. The memorial/celebration of life service will be held on May 23, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Advantage Funeral Service, 7720 S. Pennsylvania Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with internment at the Watson Cemetery in Oak Hill, Oklahoma at a later date. There will be no family night or visitation.
