Earl was born in Tribbey, Oklahoma to Alfred Earl and Ollie May (Jacobs) Lowe. Earl served in Korea in the M.A.S.H. Unit while in the Army. When he returned he went on to serve in the Army National Guard, as well as working at ACME Brick Company for 48 years. Earl married Shirley Elizabeth Cooper and from this union they had four children. After 44 years of marriage, Shirley passed away in 2002. He married Betty Bond and they were married for 10 years.
Earl is survived by his wife Betty Bond; daughter Sharon Ann Vaughn; sons Tim Lowe and wife Carol and John Allen Lowe; grandchildren Daryl Hestand, Howard Hestand, Shirley Wright, Chris Vaughn, Justin Lowe, Amanda Lowe, Robert Myers, Jerry Moor, Ray Moor, Rena Sims; many great grandchildren and sister Patricia Allen.
Earl is preceded in death by his wife Shirley Lowe and daughter Virginia Mae Moor.
