Elizabeth Landis Mann, daughter of Spencer and Eva Louise Sanders Landis, was born on April 1, 1918, in Oklahoma City, OK, and departed this life on August 26, 2010. She was preceded in death by an infant sister, her parents, and her husband, Howard Mann. After graduating from Classen High School and taking bookkeeping classes, Elizabeth worked as a bookkeeper for several local businesses. She was a life-long faithful member of Epworth United Methodist Church and retired as financial secretary for the church in 1997. Elizabeth was an avid reader, gardener, artist and friend to many. She loved dining out with her friends, attending plays, and traveling. Elizabeth loved life and lived it abundantly. Celebration of the life of Elizabeth Landis Mann will be at Epworth United Methodist Church, 1901 N. Douglas Avenue, Oklahoma City, on Sunday, August 29, at 3:00 p.m. Graveside services for Elizabeth will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 30, 2010 at Rose Hill Burial Park.
