Francis Irwin, 84 year-old resident of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away on June 28, 2012 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Born January 7, 1928 in Russell, Arkansas, he was the son of Howard Marion Irwin and R. V. Piatt Irwin. Francis wasa a longtime resident of Midwest City. He was an installer of heating and air conditioning units for most of his life. Francis enjoyed fishing, casinos; raising vegetables; and lawn mowing. He is survived by his wife Opal Irwin of the home; 2 daughters, Carol Wright of Midwest City, Oklahoma; and Debbie Whitmire of Purcell, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
