

enjoyed and the love of friends and family. He lived the life he wanted to live. Fred
grew up in Oklahoma City. Fred left Oklahoma City to work in the oilfield in Alabama
in 1976. Fred advanced in his job with Noble Drilling Corp. Fred wanted more and
returned to college and graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University in May
1996 with a degree in mechanical engineering. From this point Fred continued to work in
the oilfield in both domestic and foreign locations. In 2002 Fred and Rhonda were
married. Fred had found his soul mate. Fred's roots were always in Oklahoma City and
when the opportunity came available to work at Devon, Fred accepted a position. At
Devon, Fred got the opportunity to share his vast experience mentoring his younger co-
workers. Fred had found his niche. Fred was preceded in death by his mother Lucy Fowler
Kellow and father William Gene Kellow. He is survived by his loving wife Rhonda, brothers
Raymond, Michael, and Charles and sister Karen Kellow. Services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday,
June 11, 2013, at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel with interment in Rose Hill Burial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wild Care Foundation and the Regional Food
Bank of Oklahoma.
