Goldie Ann Demory

She was born to Everett and Lucille Parker on January 20th, 1945. She had 2 Sisters and 3 Brothers. She was married to Terry Demory in 1974 at Liberty Baptist Church. She attended Capitol Hill High School before going to work at Tinker Air Force Base where she worked for 32 years as a Technician.

Her hobbies included Classic Cars, Horses and Animals in general, Helping Handicapped Children, and Gardening. She was constantly taking in Strays and feeding and caring for wild animals. She enjoyed taking trips to Canton, Texas, Branson, Missouri, as well as attending Car Shows.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Demory. A stepson Steve Demory and his wife, Shannon of Ardmore. Though they had no children together, she helped to raise her Nephew, Darin Riddles, and was a second mother to him. Other Nephews include Kevin Parker and Tim Parker. She was also a second Grandmother to Logan and Robert Riddles. She also enjoyed time with her Great Grand Niece, Raelynn Kay Riddles. She was preceded in death by her Sisters Sylvia May Parker, and Kay Reeves, and her Brothers, A.W. Parker and Everett Parker.

As per the family’s request, in lieu of Flowers, they ask that you make a donation to The Children’s Miracle Network. The Family also requests your understanding that they are having a private ceremony in this time of sorrow.
