Jeff Walker, 44, was born May 19, 1966, in Oklahoma City, to parents Wallace & Mercious (Leathers) Walker and passed from this life too soon on December 7, 2010. Jeff was a Stable Hand at the Lazy E Arena. He spent many years as a substitute teacher, touching the lives of many students in the Oklahoma City area. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind his loving wife, Maria (Lopez) Walker; daughters Amy and Summer; Granddaughter, Xochitl Rivera; sisters: Carolyn Pollard, Vickie Homelvig, and Brenda Branscume; brother, Ricky Walker; special nephew Christopher Walker; and many other family members and friends. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 10, 2010, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
