

Jerry C. Flinn, Jr., 88 year-old resident of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away on November 28, 2011 in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Born July 12, 1923 in Cooperton, Oklahoma, he was the son of Jerry C. Flinn, Sr. and Edith Elouise Clark Flinn. After serving his country in the Navy during WW II Jerry was a dangerous cargo inspector at Tinker Air Force Base. He loved football, following high school football and was an almost fanatical OU football fan. Preceding him in death were his parents and all of his siblings. Survivors include 3 sons, Jerry L. Flinn of Choctaw, Oklahoma; Jim and his wife Kanokpan of Edmond, Oklahoma; Jackie Flinn of Choctaw, Oklahoma; 1 daughter, Regina Pittman of Jones, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with Reverend David Cressman officiating. Cremation will follow military honors after the funeral services. Arrangements are under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
