Kenneth Owen Sitts, Jr., 79 year-old resident of Harrah, Oklahoma, passed away on March 11, 2019 in Harrah, Oklahoma. Born December 11, 1937 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, he was the son of Kenneth Owen Sitts, Sr. and Rosella Viola (Soulliere) Sitts. On July 5, 1979, he married the love of his life Faynelle. Together Kenneth and Faye enjoyed dressing as “Breezy and Mr. Breezy” the clowns. He was a bright person who would reply to the question of “How are you?” with a cheery “I’m Wonderful”. He loved fishing and all things involving the water; playing Santa Claus, and was a Clown for the Shriners for many years. Kenneth worked for many years at Tinker Air Force Base as a jet engine testor. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; son, Drew Smith; daughter, Rosella Sitts; and sister, Constance Martin. Survivors include his children, Sheilah Payne, Terri Sitts, Lisa Waller, Robert Sitts, and Jacque Newman; grandchildren, Stephanie Thompson, Stacy Smith Prickett, Courtney Mackey, Jamie Spires, Lindsey Waller, William Waller, Kelli Smith, Keeter Payne, Ashley Waller, Hayley Waller, and Kelsey Waller; sister, Nancy Fox of San Benito, Texas; and numerous great-children, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members who will miss him dearly. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73141. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 18, 2019 at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. Burial will follow Military Honors rendered by a U. S. Air Force Honors Detail in Ft. Gibson National Cemetery.
