Marcia Stewart, 89, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, devotion, and family. For Marcia, family was the heart of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with her daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters Debbie Miley and Robyn Brown; grandchildren Caitlin, Jessica, Kelly, and Becky; and great-grandchildren Maggie and Rosie. Marcia’s love extended beyond her human family to her faithful dog, Phoebe, who was her constant companion and “baby” for 16 years until Phoebe’s passing earlier this year.
Born and raised in Southern California, Marcia moved to Las Vegas in 1969, where she built a life filled with family and community. In 2024, she relocated to Tulsa to live full-time with her daughter Robyn, continuing to surround herself with the warmth of family. After dedicating herself as a mother throughout Debbie and Robyn’s school years, Marcia returned to college and pursued a career as a registered nurse. She found deep fulfillment in helping others and took great pride in her work, touching countless lives with her compassion and care.
Marcia will be sorely missed by all who knew her, especially her children and grandchildren, who will carry her memory in their hearts. Her photographs, stories, and the love she gave so freely will remain as lasting reminders of a remarkable woman. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit endures in the family she treasured above all else.
