Maudie Elizabeth Haynes, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2011 at her home. She was born to William and Sarah Richardson October 6, 1922 in Mullberry, Arkansas. On July 7, 1956 Maudie was united in marriage to John Haynes, following their marriage she kept herself busy being a housewife. Maudie was preceded in death by her parents, and grandson Tommy Lawrence. Surviving her is her husband of 54 years, John; Daughter Sarah Joan (Ronald) Lawrence, Son, Michael R. Haynes, grandsons, Michael R. (Shanda) Haynes Jr., and Brian S. Haynes. Also surviving her is great grandson Zachary Lawrence, and great granddaughters ; Ziana Lawrence and Mychela Haynes. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hospice of Oklahoma and Maudie’s caregiver, Teresa Haynes. Funeral Services will be held, 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home.
