Patrick Manek, 50, passed away June 30, 2015 in OKC. He was born December 23, 1964 in Midwest City to Fred and Arleta (Phelps) Manek. Patrick graduated from Piedmont High School and later worked for Sam’s Wholesale where he was employed for 25 years. He loved music, Nascar and enjoyed watching hockey and football. He is preceded in death by his father, Fred Manek; sister, Barbara Chatham; nephew, Johnny Glen Chatham; and sister-in-law, Nancy Adkins. He is survived by his mother, Arleta Manek; brothers, Ben Adkins and Kelly Manek and wife Ronnie; sister, Janine Roath and husband Lane; nieces, Kristin Adkins and Deborah Carpenter and husband Ken; and nephew, Brian Adkins. Services will be 2:00pm, Friday, July 3, 2015 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with burial following at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
