Born on June 8, 1951, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Patrick was the son of Emil and Verona Aurora (Baeten) Pinkert. Pat was one of five siblings, growing up alongside Jack Pinkert, Michael Pinktert, Carol Nolan, and Gloria Coffey.
After graduating from De Pere High School, Patrick proudly enlisted in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged.
Pat later became a member of Alcoholics Anonymous, where he spent thirty-two years with the community.
Pat’s journey took him from Wisconsin to Texas, and eventually to Oklahoma, where he found his home. Along the way, he met Elizabeth “Beth” Conner, his partner in life until her passing in 2024. Together, they shared a daughter, Blair Holman, who gave him grandchildren that meant the world to him.
Pat appreciated the little joys in life such as casting a fishing line, listening to “The Oldies” like Lynyrd Skynyrd, and watching his beloved Green Bay Packers. He had a fun sense of humor, never failing to laugh at a clown with big floppy shoes on fire.
He was the kind of man who passed down practical skills such as teaching someone how to drive, hang wallpaper, or bet on horses, all while sharing anything and everything about the Green Bay Packers.
Patrick is preceded in death by his parents, Emil and Verona Aurora Pinkert; his wife, Elizabeth Conner; his brothers Michael John Pinkert, Jack Pinkert and wife Beth Pinkert of Green Bay, Wisconsin and Michael Pinkert of Green Bay, Wisconsin; his sisters Carol Nolan and husband Lawrence Nolan of Sumter County, South Carolina and Gloria Coffey and husband Edward Coffey of Suring, Wisconsin; and his precious fur baby Shelby.
He is survived by his daughter Blair Holman, and her husband, Shane Holman of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Ruthie Holman and Bradford J. Baker Holman; three nieces and eight nephews who will all carry his memory forward.
In Pat’s memory, please do something nice for a stranger.
