Ralph R. Youngblood, 79 year-old resident of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away January 28, 2016 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Born July 31, 1936 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, he was the son of Orville Youngblood and Helen (Von Elm) Youngblood. Ralph was a Navy veteran and longtime Choctaw resident. He was a supervisor in Aviation Electronics Repair at Tinker AFB for many years. He was a member of the Lion’s Club and had taught soccer for girls. Ralph was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time with his family especially his twin brother. Survivors include his wife Barbara (Dixon) Youngblood; 2 sons, David Youngblood; and Brian Ray Youngblood of Harrah, OK; 2 daughters, Meljean Kaster of Arizona; and Lisa Ann McCoy; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his twin brother, Roy J. Youngblood of Jones, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, 800 S. Midwest Blvd., Midwest City, Oklahoma. Burial will follow in Gracelawn Cemetery, Edmond, Oklahoma.
