Sandra Fern Longton

Sandra Fern Longton, age 71, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away October 2, 2012. She was born in Hobart, Oklahoma on July 31, 1941 to Loran Eugene and Edna Fern (Dugan) Cunningham. During her life she had worked as an administrative assistant. She enjoyed socializing with friends and family, spending time with her grandchildren and cooking for her family at family gatherings. She was preceded in death by her father, L.E. “Grandad” Cunningham. Survivors include: four sons: Michael Tubbs (Priscilla) of Blanchard, Oklahoma; Larry Tubbs (Lisa) of Choctaw, Oklahoma;, Johnny Longton (Susan) of Wilson, Oklahoma;, and James Longton of Phoenix, Arizona;; 1 daughter, Cindy Cooley (Tim) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma;

eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; mother, Edna “MeMa” Fern Cunningham; one brother, Ron Cunningham (Mary) of Yukon, Oklahoma; one sister, Pat Shaver (Tom) of Norman, Oklahoma; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other family members. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, Oct 5, 2012 at 2:00pm at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73141.
