Virginia Davenport a 62 year-old reisdent of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away April 30, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born August 5, 1949 in Mannsville, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of George T. Peacock and Juanita Leo Runyon Peacock. Virginia was an accountant for most of her life. She liked to go bowling and play cards and delighted in helping to raise her grandchldren with only a little spoiling. She was preceded in death by her parents and 5 siblings. Survivors include her husband David Davenport; two daughters, Karla Rana Wells and her husband Thelbert Glenn Wells of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Keely Jo Beck and her husband Wally of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two grandchildren; one sister, Wanda Farnsworth of Arizona; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73141 with Brother Jim White officiating. Entombment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
