William Raymond Patchell (Patch) has passed from this earth and is now in the presence of our Lord and Savior. He was born to Lloyd and Lura (Brown) Patchell on May 29, 1932 in Pauls Valley, OK. At the age of 10, the family relocated to Owensville, OH. Patch joined the Air Force in 1950 serving 15 years before returning to Oklahoma and retiring from civil service and state.
Patch is survived by his wife, Mary; siblings, Jerry Patchell (June), Betty Rummell (George); children, Gary Patchell (Reba), Butch Patchell (Carla), Kathy Johnson, Diane Russell (Larry); step-children, Kathy Fox, Kenny Staggs (Nancy); 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the Crestview Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens. Arrangements under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, Oklahoma City, OK.
