Bill was retired from the state of Oklahoma, and lived in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for most of his life. He was a member of St. Charles of Borromeo parish, of Warr Acres, Oklahoma where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus, and recently a member of St Paul parish in Olathe, Kansas. He and Rejeanne, his wife, recently relocated to Aberdeen Village in Olathe, Kansas to be cared for by family.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Rejeanne Bagley. He leaves behind a brother Lawrence (Carol) Bagley of Tucson Arizona, two sons, Donald (Patricia) Bagley of Olathe Kansas and Stephen (Diane) Bagley of Overland Park Kansas, four grandchildren; ; Lindsay (Chams) Idrissou, Sarah (Julian Stauffer) Bagley, Scott Bagley, and Rachel Bagley and four great grandchildren; Layla Stauffer, Sharik Idrissou, Oliver Stauffer, and Roman Idrissou.
Memorial Mass 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 16, 2021 at St. Paul Catholic Church 21650 West 115th Terrace Olathe, Kansas. Inurnment in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery Lenexa, Kansas.
