Charles married Bonnie Carol Hagg on October 23, 1954 and were married 64 years when Bonnie preceded him in death.
Charles is survived by 4 children. Cathy Ann Wilson of LaCygne, KS, Laura Sue VanTrece of Olathe, KS, Nancy Lynn White (Donnell) of Monticello, AR, and Charles Christopher Anders Ross (Ruth) of Olathe, KS. Numerous grandchildren: Mark Wilson, Kyle Wilson, Isaiah VanTrece, Don White, III, Kailley White, Chris Ross, II, Rebecca VanTrece, and Andrew Ross, and many great grandchildren. His living siblings are Edward Ross, Clyde Ross and Betsy Irwin.
There are those loved ones who have passed on before Charles including his parents, Charles E. & Anna H. Ross, Delisa Vantrece (granddaughter). His sister Lottie, brothers, Jackie and Jake and countless Uncles, Aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, unborn grandchildren, and many friends.
A visitation for Charles will be held Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 105 E. Loula Street, Olathe, KS 66061. A funeral service will occur Monday, February 7, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Overland Park Baptist Temple, 11648 Antioch Rd., Overland Park, KS 66210. A committal service will occur Monday, February 7, 2022 at 1:30 PM at Leavenworth National Cemetery, 150 Muncie Rd., Leavenworth, KS 66048.
