Jeane Randall

Jeane Lenore Randall, 90, of Spring Hill, Kan. passed away February 2, 2011. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 6, 2011 at the McGilley & Frye Funeral Home-Olathe. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions can be made to Children’s Mercy, Sunflower Health Care & Hospice and/or the Festival Choral Society.

Jeane was born on October 20, 1920 in Mission Kansas to George and Lenore Spencer. She was a homemaker most of her life, but her proudest accomplishment has to be her family. She loved to surround herself with her wonderful family. Jeane was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother and will be missed very dearly. She loved the ballet, the arts and music but her heart was given to her Kansas Jayhawks and she was quite dedicated to the team. Jayhawks lost their BIGGEST fan on February 2, 2011.

She is proceeded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Randall; daughter, Jane Wiggin; son-in-laws, James Green & Dennis Joeckel, brothers, Bill & Jon Spencer and sisters, Peggy Bird & Lois McMurray.

Mrs. Randall is survived by her loving children, Jack (Janie) Randall, William Randall, Jeff (Terri) Randall, Jeane Green, Jill (H.A.) Wiswell, Julie Joeckel; 35 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her and will be in our hearts forever.
