Patricia L. Stevens, 74, of Olathe, KS, passed away Friday, May 31, 2013. Memorial services will be at 3pm, Wednesday, June 5th at McGilley & Frye Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Patricia was born on June 8, 1938 to Harold and Maude (Worthington) New. She retired from BE Aerospace after 25 years of service. Patty was an excellent cook and loved to bake. She thoroughly enjoyed spoiling her kids and also her dogs. She was a wonderful mother, aunt and friend to many!
Mrs. Stevens was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Stevens; son, Frank L. Reed, Jr. and brother Tex New.
Patty is survived by her son, Perry Reed of Olathe; brother, Bob (Mickey) New of Overland Park, sister-in-law, Mildred New of Overland Park; niece, Shirley (Joe) Brawner of The Woodlands, TX and many nieces and nephews.
She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
