Beverly Cohen, 81, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Madison Center in Matawan. Born in Brooklyn, Beverly had lived in Old Bridge for over 40 years. She was a homemaker, and had volunteered at Deborah Hospital. Beverly was predeceased by her husband, Martin Cohen, in 1998. She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Alyce & Alan Lefkowitz; her son and daughter in law, Randy Cohen & Jennifer Edson; her grandchildren: Rachel, and her husband Eddie Jimenez, Jason Lefkowitz, Danielle Cohen, and Alex Cohen; and her brothers, Leonard Revitz and Martin Revitz. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 11:30am at Wellwood Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY. Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, Old Bridge, is in charge of arrangements. Donations in memory of Beverly can be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
