Cheryl is predeceased by her father William Scott Lewis, Jr. and is survived by her beloved mother Wanda (Allison) Lewis; her adored sons Jonathan

and Sean; her loving brother Eric Lewis; her dear sister Linda Alponat and her former husband Daniel.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Memorial Visitation Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 4pm to 8pm at Michael Hegarty Funeral Home 3377 Hwy 9

Old Bridge, NJ 08857 with Funeral Service at 7pm officiated by Pastor Nancy Nardi. At the direction of the family cremation services were private.
