Barbara E Miller, 81 of White House TN, passed away Friday August 5, 2022. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri to William and Harriet Shoemake. She grew up in Clarksville where she graduated from Clarksville High School. Barbara enjoyed decorating and made a career as an interior designer. She truly enjoyed shopping, so much so, she was known as a “world class shopper.” Barbara was preceded in death by her parents William Shoemake and Harriet Yesley Shoemake. Her step-sons; Randy Miller and John Miller and her beloved husband of 37 years, David Miller. Survived by her sons; David (Melody) Scism, Lebanon, TN, Dane (Meg) Scism, Knoxville, TN, daughters; Amber (Jim) Smith, Raleigh, NC, April (Scot) Maynor, White House, TN, Step-son, Bud (Theresa) Miller, Clarksville, TN step-daughters Sonia (Chris) Green Briar TN, and Ruth Ann (Tom) Barth, Oxford, OH. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Services will be private.
