She is survived by her life partner of nine years Randy E. Minor; children Travis (Michelle) Watson, Shane Beck and Laramie (Kristen) Wilson; grandchildren McKenna Watson, Ruby Watson, Trystin Beck ,Paige Soelter, and Roman Wilson; sister Sandy Collins; brother Craig Long (Julie); sister Kellie Long and her extended family.
Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents Kenny and Peggy Collins; grandmother Ruby Collin; and sister; Tina Collins.
Celebrations of her life will be held at a later date in East Tennessee and Bakersfield, CA.
