David Paul Johnson “Doc” age: 58 Jan 2, 2017. He is preceded in death by Mother Elsie Johnson. Survived by father: Alvin Johnson. Sisters Linda (David) Cartwright and Laura (Paul) San Nicolas and many loving nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held at St John’s Lutheran Church on Sat Jan. 14 with The Rev Rick Roberts officiating. Interment will be held at Hill City Cemetery in Hill City South Dakota at a later time. In lieu of Flowers family request memorial contributions to Saint John’s Lutheran Church at 3259 McGavock Pike Nashville TN or Alive Hospice in Nashville Tn.
