Fran's commitment to her family was fierce and unwavering. She is survived by a loving family of children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, along with a sister-in-law and nephew, who will miss her deeply.
Fran is preceded in death by devoted husband, Charles A. Root III; parents, Bennett & Evelyn Coe; and her brother, Bob Coe.
There will be a Gathering of Family & Friends in honor of Fran on Monday, March 31, from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM followed by a Celebration of Fran's Life at 2:00 PM Visitation with family from 1pm till 2pm Monday March 31, at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of life to follow at 2pm with Pastor Ron Webb officiating. Inurnment at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. All events will be held in the Tulip Grove Room at Hermitage Funeral Home.
