James H. Lester, 77 of Murfreesboro passed away on Nov 8, 2020 with his family by his side. He will be remembered as a generous, kind, and humble man. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Maedean Lester; daughter Amanda (Victor) Sanchez and son Alan (Rita) Lester; grandchildren Jacob & Aaron Gray, Phoebe & Rebekah Sanchez, and Alli Lester. He is preceded in death by his parents Erle and Juanita Lester of Old Hickory. Gathering of family and friends Fri Nov 13 from 4-8 and Sat Nov 14 from 12-2 at Hermitage Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will begin Sat Nov 14 at 2 pm in the Chapel at Hermitage Funeral Home. Burial following at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
