CARROLL, Jay, age 42 of Old Hickory, died Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Preceded in death by his father, Dorse Clark “Smooth” Carroll. Survived by his companion of 17 years, Victoria Duffle; step mother, Vista Carroll; sisters, Teresa Carroll and Carol Swaw; brother, Denny Miller. A Memorial service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Ruth Ensor United Methodist Church, 306 Bridgeway Ave., Old Hickory, TN 37138 with Rev. William L. Reding, Jr. officiating. Visitation with the family 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
