Joanne H Jones

Joanne was talented in many aspects of her life. She was a master of quilting and sewing and was quite the cook who loved her family dearly. Not a day went by where Joanne didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life.

Joanne is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Ray Jones, Sr., her son David Jones (Edana Cannon), her grandsons Brandon Jones (Katie), Eric Jones (Missy), Daniel Jones (Catherine), Adam Jones, Carter Jones as well as her great grandchildren Xavier Jones, Corbin Jones, Grayson Jones, Nova Hjelden, Palmer Jones, Hudson Jones, and Theadore Jones and countless extended family and friends. Joanne was predeceased by her parents Argle Vester Hope and Sarah Frances Hope as well as her son Kenneth Ray Jones, Jr. (Janice).

Services will be held on Monday, August 26 at Hermitage Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 11:00 AM CT – 12:00 PM CT followed by a Celebration of Life from 12:00 PM CT – 1:00 PM CT with a lunch to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center an organization Joanne cared for.
