

Kendall E. Carter, age 53 of Old Hickory, TN, passed away peacefully at his home on November 23, 2016 to reunite with those preceded in death including parents, Robert and Betty Carter, and sister, Yvette Carter.
Kendall is survived by his wife, Erica Worden; his two children, Kayla Carter and Brannan Carter; sister, Yvonne Carter, and brother, Everett Carter.
Kendall was born in Baton Rouge, LA on August 15, 1963. At the age of 19, Kendall took a leap of faith and packed his bags to go to LA to work for ShowLites. From there, Kendall began his touring career working for numerous musical acts including Mötley Crüe, Ratt, Cinderella, Guns N’ Roses, Metallica, REO Speedwagon, Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Reba McEntire, Rascal Flatts, Power Rangers, The Moscow Circus and many more. While touring, Kendall started the Rhino, Louisiana Office.
In 2012, Kendall began working for VER as a Project Manager. Kendall loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing was a huge part of his life. Kendall enjoyed cooking for others and putting smiles on everyone’s face. He was a loving and caring husband and father.
Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 11:00 am at Hermitage Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Cole officiating.
Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers are Mark Herring, Shane Herring, Blane Pupera, Graham Buttrey, Mike McGrath, Johnny Lorde, Brian Leedham and Alan Doyle.
