Colbert, Dr. Leon Jr. age 71 of Old Hickory, TN passed away September 22, 2014. Dr. Colbert was a member of Hermitage Hills Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Paula Colbert; daughters, Christian Rae Ethridge (Jeff) and Laura Lee Gassie (Herb); brothers, Kelsey Colbert (Cathy) and David Colbert (Jan); grandchildren, Jeff Ethridge Jr., Jacob Ethridge (Courtney), Kelly Gassie, Sean Gassie and Tripp Gassie; great-grandchildren, Jackson Ethridge, Eli Ethridge and Rhett Ethridge.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 11 am Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Dr. Jesse Colbert, Dr. Poly Rouse and Bro. Dan Arterburn. Burial will follow in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be from 4pm until 8pm on Wednesday and 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
