Nancy E. Carnahan, a beloved and cherished resident of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on January 25, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on September 25, 1953, Nancy's life was a testament to love and dedication.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Earl Carnahan; her daughter, Amy Hill and her husband, Johnathan; her son, Toby Carnahan and fiance Andrea; her brother, Harold Day Jr.; and her sister, Sharon Harris. Nancy's legacy continues through her grandchildren, Anaya Hill, Takiya Battenfield, Ryder Carnahan, Peyton Carnahan, Declan Partain, and Harper Trout.
Visitation services will be held at Hermitage Funeral Home, located at 535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138. The first visitation will take place on January 30, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A second visitation is scheduled for January 31, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 pm at the same location.
Pallbearers honoring Nancy's memory include Toby Carnahan, Johnathan Hill, Harold "Bubba" Day III, Daniel Day, Jesse Hayes, and Tyler Harris.
