Robert Alexander Brandt Jr.

He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the late Robert Alexander Brandt, Sr. and Mayvonne Huss Brandt. Mr. Brandt retired as a jeweler and enjoyed playing poker, fishing and traveling. He served in the Army National Guard.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Dot Cressy, and daughter-in-law, Della Brandt.

Mr. Brandt is survived by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Ann Brandt; son, Bobby (Cindy) Brandt; daughters, Karen (Jody) McKenzie and Sharen Perrine; grandchildren, Melissa (CJ) Adams and Daniel Perrine; great grandchildren, Paisley and Brantley Adams; sister-in-law, Glenda (Calvin) Clark; step grandson, Gerald Taylor; step great grandchildren, Cy, Coby and Cash Taylor; and lots of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Hermitage Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.

The Celebration of Life will be conducted in the Hermitage Funeral Home chapel on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 2:00 pm with Fr. Bill McKenzie officiating. For those unable to attend, Mr. Brandt's service will be viewable on Hermitage Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens Facebook page beginning at 2:00 pm.

Entombment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
