Thomas Wesley Williams, 86, of Old Hickory, TN died on Wednesday December 18, 2019 .Preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mattie Buckner Williams, his son Thomas Williams III, and his grandson Shane Thompson. Survived by his wife of 39 years, Vera Barrett Williams, his daughter Pamela Dianne Thompson; grandchildren Caleb Thompson; Thomas Wesley III, Tiffany and Brandon Williams. He was a graduate of North High School class of ’51, University of TN, and the Nashville School of Law. He served honorably in the military service from ’57-’61. He was a 32 degree Mason and a member of the IONIC Lodge No. 254. He retired from Cumberland Utility District where he served as accountant and office manager. He also practiced law. He attended Temple Baptist Church in Old Hickory. A Celebration of Life and Masonic service will be at Three O’clock on the afternoon of Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Thompson officiating. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the start of the service.
