Mike was a kind hearted, gentle giant. He spent most of his life working as a mechanic due to his love of cars and working with his hands. In his youth he loved spending his summers working at camp claire. He was also a long time volunteer firefighter for the Lyme fire department.
Mike also loved the water, boats, cars, and his beloved dogs buckwheat, lady and fenway.
Mike's oldest brother Robert predeceased him. He is survived by his brother Frank and his wife and two daughters, his brother Edward and his wife and son and a daughter and his brother Patrick and his wife and son.
Services will be held at 10am Friday, March 18th at the Lyme Fire Department, Hamburg station. A private family burial will follow.
