Mrs. Lougee was born on October 19, 1926 in Old Saybrook, the daughter of John and Ellen (Anderson) Balosie. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Donald E. Lougee, her daughter Darleen R. Tiezzi, her sister Marie Dean and her brother Frederick Balosie.
She was employed for many years as the “lead Lady” at Cramer’s in Old Saybrook. She was a member of Black Hall Golf Club. Suzanne enjoyed music, dancing, seeing her friends and family. She enjoyed watching UCONN Women’s Basketball and the LPGA Golf.
She is survived by her sister Barbara Parrish of Ivoryton, two grandchildren Ellen McDougall of Essex, Michael Tiezzi of Deep River, seven great-grandchildren Aaron Tiezzi, Erica Sigersmith, Bryce McDougall, Allison McDougall, Troy Tiezzi, Madison Tiezzi, Carter Tiezzi along with two great-great grandsons, AJ and Grant Tiezzi.
