Edward Murphy, 90 of Old Saybrook and Niantic passed away on February 10th. Ed was a veteran of the Korean War and then had a long career with SNET. He was predeceased by his wife Kate Murphy. He is survived by his three sons Ray(Sylvie), Jack and Stephen and his longtime companion Mary McClure. He is also survived by four grandchildren Max, Matt, Raeann and Taryn.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on March 12th at 11 o’clock at St. John’s Church in Old Saybrook. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter at www.alz.org/ct
