Patricia O. Crozier

Patricia (O’Brien) Crozier,90, of Old Saybrook, passed away on February 10, 2024, surrounded by her family. Pat was born in Old Saybrook on May 26, 1933, the third child of nine born to John J. O’Brien and Isabel M. (Spencer) O’Brien. She is survived by her daughter Catherine Batschelet (William) of Guilford, CT and her son James R. Crozier of Hamden, CT. In addition to her children Pat is survived by her grandchildren Melissa Crozier and Donald Crozier of Florida, Timothy M. Crozier and Daniel P. Crozier of Hamden, CT and Jennifer Batschelet of Guilford, CT. She is also survived by her brother Thomas S. O’Brien of Old Lyme, CT.

Pat was predeceased by her beloved son Donald, grandson Brian M. Crozier, brother John O’ Brien, sister Helen Gilbert (Fred), brother George O’Brien (Joanne), sister Dorothy Dahlberg (Louis), sister Ann Coulter (John), brother Richard O’Brien (Beverly) and sister Nancy Falivene (Guido). Also, Pat is survived by her two great grandchildren Kaiden and Hailey Crozier of Florida.

The family of Pat would like to acknowledge the many people that made her journey both comfortable and peaceful. Special thanks to Yale New Haven Home Healthcare, Branford Hills Home Care, Dan Saia and staff at Beacon Hospice. A special thank you to Dee Cozzo and the staff at Gladeview Rehab. Finally. Heartfelt thanks to Janice Eastman and Nancy Gilbert, both very dear nieces to Pat who helped her in numerous ways with their kindness, devotion and love.

Visitation for immediate family from Swan Funeral Home in Old Saybrook at 10am Friday, February 16 followed by a mass for all to celebrate the life of Pat at St Johns RC Church 11am. Immediately following the mass interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Westbrook, CT
