Thomas Hamlin Fisher, 70, of Westbrook passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife Mary Jane, son Patrick and daughter-in-law Leah Fisher. Thomas was born in Norwich, son of the late Stanley Fisher, and is also survived by his mother Marjorie Fisher, sister Diane Pierce, brothers Richard and Mark Fisher. He is predeceased by brothers William, Daniel and Peter Fisher. Prior to his retirement, Tom was an active Boilermaker and apprentice instructor for the Boilermakers Local #237. Tom graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Education and served in the Connecticut National Guard. Tom loved being retired. He enjoyed working outside, helping others, and especially spending time with his family and beloved dog Koby. Funeral services will be private, and at the convenience of the family.
