Wilbert A. Hall, 82, of Old Saybrook, passed away on March 1, 2013 at Apple Rehab. Wilbert was born in Middletown on March 14, 1930, son of the late John H. and Elsie (Anderson) Hall, and he was a longtime resident of Westbrook. He loved boating and being out on the CT River. He served in the U.S. Army from 1952-1960 earning the rank of CPL, and he was awarded his OCC Medal in Germany and a National Defense Service Medal. Wilbert was predeceased by his brothers, Burton, John and Fred Hall, and a sister, Marjory Doane. He is survived by his good friend and neighbor, Jack Keogh of Westbrook, and by a niece, Mary Diffendall, nephews, David J. Hall and Glenn Hall, and 3 grandnieces and grandnephews.
