

Aurelle J. Thibodeau (pic)MILFORD – formerly of Meriden CT - January 20, 2010, Aurelle J. Thibodeau passed peacefully into the hands of his heavenly family. Aurelle was born July 13, 1919, the son of George and Marie (Violette) Thibodeau in Siegas, New Brunswick, Canada. Aurelle was employed for many years as a woodsman, helped on the family potato farms, Maine Cement Co. and International Silver Corp in Meriden, CT.He was a color guard and 4th degree Lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus. He was also a member of the Eagles Club in Brewer, ME and belong to various French Clubs in CT and Florida.He survived by his longtime loving companion, Pauline Chagnon of Eastman Quebec, Canada and St. Petersburg, FL. He is also survived by his sons Roland Thibodeau, Glendale, AZ, Rudy Thibodeau and wife Doreen, Milford, Gilman Thibodeau and companion Gloria Mitchell, Milford, Michael Thibodeau and wife Marilyn, Chandler, AZ, and Rick Thibodeau, Bangor and a daughter, Florence Thibodeau of Meriden, CT; 6 Grandchildren: Julie Thibodeau and Cherie Krupinski of Glendale, AZ. Ronda & Rob St. Louis, Glenburn, Renee & Rick Ouellette, Hermon, Robin Thibodeau, Milford and Danielle & Doug Jarczyk of Chandler, AZ; Great Grand Children: Cody and Jacob St. Louis, Ellie and Carter Ouellette , Joshua, Faith and Sarah Krupinski and Derek Jarczyk. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife, Dorina A. Thibodeau, siblings Cecile Dube, Robert Thibodeau, Alyre Thibodeau, Laurette Violette, and Adelaide Gagnon.Friends may call 5-8PM Friday January 22, 2010 at the Birmingham Funeral Home 438 Main Street Old Town. Members of the Knights of Columbus will conduct prayers at 6:30PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10AM Saturday at Resurrection Parish, Holy Family Parish, Old Town. Immediately following the service all are invited to the Parish Hall for a light luncheon and continued fellowship. Spring burial will be conducted St. Joseph Cemetery.
