

Alton- Hazel Ann Williams, 60, passed away December 1, 2009 at a Bangor health care facility. She was born November 12, 1949 the daughter of Ora and Doris (Damon) Badger.
Hazel worked for 21 years as a stitcher at Ansew Shoe in Bangor. In 1996 she graduated high school before she received her CNA license in 1998. Hazel’s family was always her first priority, and she was there for any one that needed help. One of her greatest joys in life was her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Hazel is predeceased by the love of her life of over 35 years, Auril Tasker, Sr. in 2001. She is also predeceased by her step daughter Melanie Bragg, her brother Keanth Badger, and her sister Aseneth Richards.
Hazel is survived by her children, Michelle GooGoo and her husband Gorden of Lewiston, Morris Michaud and his wife Donna of Old Town, Robin Williams and her significant other Petie Morin of Old Town, Charlie Michaud and his significant other Jill Farnham of Old Town, John Williams and his wife Cindy of Old Town, Brandy Barnett and her husband Rodney of Stetson; her 2 step children, Markey Tasker and his significant other Karen Woodard of Guilford, and Auril Tasker, Jr. and his wife Michelle of Corinna; her 15 grandchildren, Spring Morin, Felisha Jellerson, Brandon Morin, Herbert Simonds, Jr., Dustin Simonds, Laura Simonds, Jessica Michaud, Charlie Michaud, Jr., Derick Michaud, Nathan Michaud, Ashley Williams, Anthony Allen, Linda Barnett, Rodney Barnett II, Alex Barnett; her 11 step grandchildren, Star Tasker, Corey Tasker, Jessica Tasker, Danna Tasker, Auril Tasker III, Danny Tasker, Greg Tasker, Nickie Bragg, Mickie Thompston, Keith Thompston, and Thomas Richards. She is also survived by her sister, Sharron McCoy and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by all, including her close friends, Belinda Langley, James McCoy and Beverly Tasker.
Family and friends may call from 1 to 3pm on Saturday, December 5, at the Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town. A funeral service will follow at 3pm with Rev. David Ray, Sr. from the Stetson Union Church, officiating. All are invited to a gathering at Robin’s house following the services, 863 West Old Town Rd., Alton.
