Andrew Bernard Bauer Jr, (you probably knew him as “Bernie”) who entered eternal life on Saturday, September 22, 2018. His spirit is carried on by his wife, 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, an extended family and friends from every walk of life. We were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Bernie during his 76 years, among them: He was always right. In his lifetime, Bernie never met a stranger. Those who’ve taken his lessons to heart will continue to share a story and a smile. Bernie built a 50 year career in the insurance business (Pulaski County Farm Bureau). He cared deeply for his customers always having their best interest at heart. He is survived by his wife Judy; daughter’s DeAnna Eben (husband Richard, children, Jesse, Nikki, Micah, and Andrew) and Carol Rogers (son Derek); and friends and family too numerous to list but not forgotten. Bernie was preceded in death by his mother (Lillie Mae); father (Andrew) and sister (Pat). Family will have a visitation Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654 with a reception to follow. Burial will be at West Tennessee Veteran's Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd. Memphis, TN at 2:00 pm.
